We will meet twice before your big day to discuss all wedding details and build an extensive wedding packet. This includes drafting your timeline, floor plans, decor arrangements, etc.

The day-of wedding coordination responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Up to 10-hours of on-site set up, coordination, and clean up

  • Oversee vendor set up of ceremony and reception space

  • Point of contact for all vendors

  • Set up personal decor such as photos, guest books, place cards, table numbers, seating chart, etc.

  • Assist couple and wedding party as needed

  • Distribute bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages

  • Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for ceremony

  • Orchestrate couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, grand exit, etc to adhere to timeline

  • Collect personal items/gifts and ensure they are with designated person and ready for the end of the night

*Day-of wedding coordination packages do not include attending your rehearsal. This is an a la carte item that must be added on for an additional fee of $250. Wedding days requiring more than 10 hours of service must book additional hours at $100 per hour. Mileage is not included in the base rate and is charged at $1 per mile for any event location over 30 miles from our home base.*

Congrats on your engagement - the next step starts now! We will be with you from the moment you say “Yes” through the moment you say “I Do”, assisting with your style, budget, and ideas to design the day of your dreams.

The full service package responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Up to 15 hours of face-to-face consultations, vendor meetings, site visits

  • ‍Unlimited emails & phone conversations for planning all aspects of wedding

  • ‍Present a detailed wedding checklist and maintain schedule for meetings, placing orders, etc.

  • ‍Create an extensive wedding day timeline/itinerary (from setup to break down) to be approved by couple prior to wedding day and distributed to all vendors

  • Work with couple to understand and clearly define wedding budget

  • Manage budget and allocate funds accordingly

  • Create seating plan and develop room layout for ceremony and reception

  • Recommended and assist with vendors, including services such as photographer, videographer, florist, DJ/band, bakery, transportation, hair & makeup

  • Arrange and coordinate wedding rehearsal

  • Wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours) including setup/breakdown

  • Point of contact for all vendors (filter questions, approve deliveries, troubleshoot)

  • Assist couple and wedding party as needed prior to/after ceremony

  • Orchestrate couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, grand exit, etc to adhere to timeline
